Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director/Senior Director – Account Management who will be responsible for client relations, revenue growth and managing high-value client accounts. As a key member of Aeries Technology’s North America growth team part of the Chief Revenue Officer organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion and ensuring client satisfaction.


In this role, you will:

  • Client Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering long-term relationships, while aggressively driving purpose-built and digital services engagements across all lines of services.
  • Nurture and Grow Accounts: Develop and follow an account plan that includes managing strategic opportunities, risks and threats, while aggressively driving purpose-built and digital services engagements across all lines of services.
  • Lead Globalization Strategy Implementation: Spearhead the execution of Aeries' innovative Purpose-Built Model, ensuring clients receive customized solutions for their globalization strategies and Global Capability Centre (GCC) development.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Delivery & Technology Teams: To ensure they understand client expectations and client needs are fulfilled effectively.


Must Haves:

  • Must have worked in the North American market.
  • Account management and client services experience in the IT/BPO/Consulting services industry.


Nice to Haves:

  • Client Servicing Experience: Managing a client portfolio with diverse service offerings in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of increasing client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Global Experience: Has experience working in a global environment with teams in different time zones.
  • Expertise in Globalization and GCCs (Global Capability Centres): Experience with globalization strategies, offshoring, nearshoring and/or GCCs is a strong advantage.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience working with clients on digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and data analytics.
  • Emerging Technologies: Understanding of the user adoption strategies and potential impact of emerging technologies on client's businesses.
  • PE Experience: Prior experience or knowledge of business environment, key challenges and imperatives in the PE and Portfolio companies ecosystem.
