Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering professional, courteous, and responsive service to our customers.

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, along with any additional internal requests.
  • Process terminations and submit tickets when necessary for waivers to close out buyout keeps, upgrades, returns, and credit/rebills.
  • Provide routine customer service billing support, including explaining billing statements, processing customer payments, handling collections issues, and managing insurance, property tax, and sales tax inquiries.


Here’s what you’ll have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience
