The optimal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and implementing comprehensive reporting strategies that optimize campaign performance.


This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate creative campaigns with data-driven insights, managing all digital campaign analytics across the entire omnichannel ecosystem. Expertise in digital tools and analytics platforms is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a knack for innovative problem-solving.


We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging digital innovation to drive marketing success. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including the creation and management of digital dashboards, assisting in media strategy, and the execution of custom event tagging and asset tracking. The successful candidate will also be involved in brand planning for 2024, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. It is essential to be able to analyze digital trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Management: Design, create, and optimize digital dashboards to track campaign performance and key metrics by bringing all data sources into one, clean view.
  • Website and App Metrics: Conduct monthly reporting and continuous optimizations of metrics for our websites, apps, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital strategies across media, sites, apps, and representative activities to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Media Management: Oversee the optimization and tracking of digital media assets and media partners
  • SEO: Manage SEO initiatives with new and existing properties
  • Interactive Tools: Manage the creation, tracking and optimization of QR codes and UTM parameters.
  • Brand Planning: Participate in the strategic planning for brand activities set for 2024.
  • Marketing Technology: Setup and integrate solutions within various CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and implement strategies for omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Presentation Skills: Create compelling analytic and insights driven presentations for pitches, internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members on obtaining and managing digital platforms and tools.

 

Position Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Comfortable presenting and workshopping with clients as well as internal teams.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, HotJar, Looker Studio, and additional analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Social Listening insights gathering a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms, including iVA and RTEs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical marketing.
