Front Desk CoordinatorOur client, a reputable financial services firm, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and internal teams. This role combines high-touch client service with administrative coordination and office support in a professional, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experienceManage a multi-line phone system, including screening, routing, and responding to inquiriesCoordinate conference rooms, client meetings, and advisor schedules as neededOversee front desk operations, ensuring the reception area and shared spaces remain organized and presentableHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier servicesSupport office operations by ordering supplies and coordinating with building management and service vendorsProvide administrative support to advisors and support staff, including data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filingAssist with client onboarding paperwork and general correspondenceMaintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial informationRequirements:2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or office coordination role (financial services or professional services preferred)Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office systemsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional demeanor with a strong client-service orientationAbility to work independently and collaborate across teams
