Leading investment manager, is looking to add an Insurance Risk Manager, to support portfolio of insurance coverage and brokers. Working to coordinate renewals and underwriting requests with various insurance brokers, and insurance policies.


• Working across commercial and functional teams for underwriting requests.

• In depth knowledge of insurance coverages and allocations for different lines of coverage (Casualty, Property, Workers Comp, etc.) to budget and distribute allocations to affiliates. Working with hard assets and commodities.

• Coordination with broker for issuance of Certificates of Insurance. (COI)

• Manage transition and integration of new acquisitions and provide advice and execution, where required, for optimal business disposals.

• Evaluate risk and balance sheet exposure for capital planning strategy, and participate in new business reviews.


Required:

• 5+ years of experience as an insurance analyst, underwriter, or account manager covering corporate and financial risk coverage, preferably in the energy sector. (Oil, Gas, Renewables , ESG, power, Energy etc.)

• B.A. or B.S. Degree
