Our global reach spans over 200 geographies, offering more than 700 payment methods in 130+ currencies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes internal & external communication effortsBuild, lead, and mentor a communications team functioning as an internal PR agency, providing media training, speech writing, and talking points for public speakersOversee the design and standardization of presentations by interviewing subject matter expertsPartner with internal teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration effortsLead the development and execution of communication initiatives, campaigns, and events to bolster company visibility and reputationEnsure the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including websites, press releases, social media, newsletters, and moreServe as the primary communications leader to a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, media, bloggers, influential business community members, the press, and the publicEnsure the organization's mission, objectives, and key messages are communicated accurately, effectively, and consistently to the market and other outside interestsWork closely with the legal department to control and ensure proper use of the corporate imageBuild and sustain Xsolla's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfactionMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns using data analytics and adjust strategies as neededQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven experience building and leading high-performing communications teamsExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communications and branding strategiesExperience with media relations, crisis communications, and executive communicationsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to measure campaign effectivenessAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with executive leadershipExperience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industries is a plus$180,000 - $265,000 a yearWe are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
