Our client, a Healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a remote Project Manager to join their team for a three month contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years managing projects in healthcare and or pharma marketing.

  • Hours: Approx. 40 hours/week
  • Pay: $45-50 per hour
  • Experience Required: 2-3 years in healthcare/pharma marketing or advertising agency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open job numbers in Workamajig, set up project folders on servers and Ziflow, and communicate setup details to team members.
  • Enter and manage data in budget tracking tools and financial systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure project alignment and seamless execution.
  • Monitor workflow and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and quality across projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines, and status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews, to maintain clear communication and accountability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workamajig, Ziflow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
