Our client is a successful roofing company who is looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team

The ideal candidate will have experience managing exterior renovation processes (Roofing, siding, windows, doors), along with a successful track record as a Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Understand contract details and submit material P0's to suppliers and vendors.
  • Communicate with office personnel and other management on installation timelines.
  • Prepare and place orders through the company CRM
  • Directly oversee crews and job work sites, using best practice adhering to safety and project cleanliness is held to the highest standard.
  • Maintain all company standards for installation and ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all parties (employees, sub-contractors, and customers)
  • Keep courteous and professional communications with homeowners about the status and scheduling of their projects
  • Recommend improvements to homeowners
  • Review job specifications, budget, work orders, etc to ensure all materials and tools are prepared and available onsite prior to each project commencing
  • Manage projects and ensure that work is being completed to the company's standards
  • Utilize CRM for all data entry, communication, scheduling, change orders
  • Coordinate internally with project estimators, sales staff, and work crews to ensure accountability and project completeness
  • Conduct site visits to several jobs throughout the day, as needed
  • Provide all materials to job sites throughout day as needed for the installation
  • Attend company meetings, training & development workshops, and team-building events as needed
  • Monitor & reduce waste of both materials & crew productivity
  • Fill out final inspection report and communicate through CRM

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful construction PM track record
  • Microsoft Office and Estimation Software (ie. Acculynx, Xactimate)
  • Understanding of Customer Resource Management Systems
  • Minimum 4 years in exterior renovation process (i.e. Roofing, siding, windows, doors)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Initiative and drive to execute goals and timelines
  • Proficiency with office and field staff

JOB TYPE:

  • Field operation and office
  • Full-time (40 hours a week minimum)
  • No weekends
  • Outdoor Duties in all environments (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
