  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
  • Supervise and evaluate accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in accounting, finance, or business administration; non-profit or healthcare experience preferred.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • She has proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance (for fieldwork).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Who We Are:

As the largest and oldest provider of home health, palliative care, and hospice services in Central Oregon and one of the largest in Oregon, we provide care to communities throughout the Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties. Partners In Care is unique among other service providers as an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our predominantly mobile workforce of over 200 employees serves patients and their families in a 10,000-square-mile area.
