*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This role involves working closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

*Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Providing assessment/reassessment of clients for personal care/hands-on services and supervises caregivers.
* Responsible for client care monitoring and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisor(s).
* Responsible for following agency policy regarding procedures or duties that a Registered Nurse may perform.
* Supervisory visits to the care and service recipients’ homes to assess the client’s condition and quality of personnel care services being provided to clients.
* Document any change in the patient’s medical condition and plans for responding to the change, determine the recipient’s level of satisfaction (perception) with the services provided, and evaluate and consider the recipient/family’s perception of care.

*Job Requirements:*
* Licensed Registered Nurse in state of North Carolina with at least 1 year of professional nursing experience in patient care.
* A minimum of 2 references and/or employment verifications.
* Must be willing to commit to some local travel (Mileage Reimbursement)
* Be willing to commit to some early evenings and the occasional Saturday
* Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Must never been shown by credible evidence (e.g. court or jury, a department investigation, or substantiated by a registry review) to have abused, neglected, sexually assaulted, exploited, or deprived any person or to have subjected any person to serious injury as a result of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct as evidenced by an oral or written statement to this effect obtained at the time of registration. A state criminal background check or FBI Check shall be on file.
* Be a compassionate, caring and competent individual. The mission of the company should coincide with his/her approach to care for agency’s clientele.
* Must receive Communicable Disease Clearance, including 2-step PPD test.
* Has successfully completed Griswold Home Care orientation and training and meets other appropriate requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
