Established Crown Center area bankruptcy firm looking for a Paralegal preferably with Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy experience. Duties include working with consumer and business bankruptcy cases and software (Next Chapter), ECF filing, and general office matters. Also will include filings in State Courts of Missouri and Kansas. Successful applicant will have: Paralegal experience in bankruptcy and ECF filing; excellent writing and proofreading ability, organizational ability, ability to work with numbers and ability to get along well with fellow employees and clients; initiative; and be a self-starter. Salary range is negotiable depending on experience; the salary starting range is $60,000+ depending on experience. The opening is for an in-office, full-time position. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Willing to consider recent graduates. Position also includes excellent benefits.
