Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and organized Guest Experience Manager with 5+ years of experience in hospitality, cleaning, setups, food ordering, and event support. You’ll manage client relationships, lead a team, and ensure exceptional service at our busy National HQ. Hospitality must be in your DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and exceed expectations.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead a team, ensure site readiness, and oversee daily operations.
  • Process Improvement: Define standards, ensure SLA compliance, and identify process enhancements.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and support business expansions.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor key financial indicators, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Team Management: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, graduate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in service operations management, with a client-first mentality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology.
