Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Change Associate to join our Change Management team as part of a global ERP digital transformation effort. The successful candidate will support the Change Lead, Communications Lead, and Training Lead in driving effective change management strategies and ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Planning and Strategy: Assist the Change Lead, Communications Lead, and Training Lead in executing change management activities. Develop and update the change plan to facilitate a successful transition to the target state. Develop and support change acceptance strategies, methodologies, and tools during implementation. Identify potential risks related to change management and develop mitigation strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Impact Assessment: Assess and classify the impacts of changes on stakeholders and stakeholder groups. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met throughout the change process. Measure change progress of stakeholders, track and monitor the progress of the change, and assess stakeholders' positions on the commitment curve.

• Communication, Training, and Deployment Support: Assist and provide input to communication and training activities and work products. Support project deployment activities and conduct post-deployment reviews to ensure users and other stakeholders are achieving the project's objectives and adopting the change.

• Corrective Actions and Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute corrective actions to address any issues that arise during the change process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices and tools.

Key Challenges:

• Managing Resistance to change from stakeholders who are hesitant or reluctant to adopt new systems, processes, or ways of working.

• Ensuring alignment across multiple teams/groups with varying interests, priorities, and levels of understanding regarding the transformation.

• Monitoring progress and measuring the level of change adoption across different groups, especially in a large-scale, complex transformation.

• Collaborating effectively with multiple teams, including communications, training, and project management, to ensure consistent messaging, aligned strategies, and coordinated efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.

• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

• Experience in global or multi-national projects.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
