Job Title: Packager
Role Type: Contract to Hire
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day off to be determined)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Hourly Rate: $18

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately select and retrieve orders using technology and barcode scanners.
  • Load and unload trucks using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
  • Ensure product quality and meet client goals with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attendance and punctuality; flexibility for overtime and cross-training.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be 18+ and pass a background check and drug screening.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Basic warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Eager to learn our warehouse management system and solve problems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Navigate the facility and engage in various physical tasks.
  • Work in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
  • Adhere to a NO PHONE policy for safety.
