Moser Roofing Solutions is a local family-owned commercial roofing company founded in 2007 that offers new roofing, repair, service work, and preventative maintenance. We seek an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator who will oversee our day-to-day accounting functions while greeting visitors, planning company events, and stocking office supplies.

Our Ideal Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:

  • Experienced: 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (in construction is a plus)
  • Computer Savvy: Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and experience with Accounting software is preferred
  • Clear Communicator: Ability to speak clearly with employees, vendors, and customers
  • Analytical: Familiar with accounting concepts and practices
  • Detail-Oriented: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all the details. Able to prioritize tasks & deliver high-quality work
  • Friendly: Enjoys being part of a team and working with others
  • Physical Requirements: Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
