Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Lead at Spears Manufacturing Co in Sylmar, CA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical work, and facilities management.


Duties:

  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff in daily operations
  • Perform maintenance tasks including electrical work, fabricating, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers
  • Oversee building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical


Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management and supervising maintenance teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • High School diploma or GED
