Job Description Administrative Assistant Location: Woodbury, MN Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire after 720 hours Pay: $20-$24/hour Position Summary Seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy Certification Department. This role requires strong administrative support, data entry, customer service, and clerical skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform data entry and process applications accurately. Assist with registration processing and maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and Help Desk for login resets and inquiries. Answer and screen calls, route calls, and respond to inquiries professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service to members, volunteers, and stakeholders. Prepare mass mailings, handle word processing, and follow up on inquiries. Assist with mailroom tasks as needed. Perform general office duties and other tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience. Education: High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, ability to multi-task, and excellent written and verbal communication.
