Location: Newark, Delaware (Hybrid)

We are working closely with a growing eCommerce organization within the Health and Wellness sector. As an organization they are looking to take the next step in their marketing development and are looking for an excellent Marketing Data Analyst to join their team.


This role will help guide data driven decisions to improve customer engagement, sales growth, CLTV and develop impactful insights to strive for success as an organization. You will be tasked in communicating these findings to senior leaders and thinking strategically to optimize marketing performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure ROI on all marketing efforts and report on KPI's across website interactions, email marketing campaigns, social media, paid digital and more.
  • Analyze customer behavior through the sales funnel end-to-end.
  • Collect data and recommend improvements for the ecommerce websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and recommend insightful strategies to senior key stakeholders.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Marketing Analytics for an Ecommerce, Retail or CPG organization.
  • Ability to educate and communicate with senior leaders up to the CxO level.
  • Hands on experience with SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with PPC and SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices.
  • Happy to work hybrid in office.
