Job Summary:

The Data Analyst oversees the management and analysis of sales data to support our organization. This position is responsible for accurately collecting, reporting, and analyzing sales metrics. The Data  Analyst must be an expert in Google Sheets, Excel, and Encompass and will be critical in developing efficient processes, generating insightful reports, and ensuring data integrity.

Essential Functions:

· Updates and maintains Google Sheets with outstanding sales incentives

· Collects and analyzes sales data

· Monitors sales incentives

· Creates supplier bill backs

· Builds and maintain surveys in Encompass

· Monitors and maintains DSD Links with the online ordering systems

· Maintains data and validates sales for suppliers

· Ensures efficient use of Encompass and Google Sheets for tracking and documentation.

· Provides support for our teams in the USVI

· Creates monthly PFP trackers

· Supports managers with reports as needed

· Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role

· Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.) Google Sheets and familiarity with Encompass is a plus

· Knowledge of the Beer and DSD industry is a plus

· Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Excellent communication and active listening skills
