- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring in process safety and risk assessment to site personnel.
- Tech Transfer: Participate in the implementation of new products and processes for manufacturability.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for incidents and near misses.
- Safety Practices: Exhibit safety awareness and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Self-Motivation: Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines.
