Process Engineer

At ATI Metals, we're pushing the boundaries of materials performance. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our Chemical Operations Division.
This role requires a master problem solver who can lead processes to ensure conformance and quality product delivery. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and safety, to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize process performance
- Implementing and maintaining production loss/waste tracking systems and Pareto analysis
- Analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance operational performance
- Resolving production, equipment, quality, and safety problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Providing insights into process needs for capital and major maintenance projects
- Collaborating with Procurement on improvement initiatives
- Supporting Supply Chain Planners with planning rate inputs for S&OP process
- Establishing and documenting standards and best practices for Chemical Operations processes
- Supporting development and/or revising work instructions, Quality System documents, material specs, and SWTE documents
- Collaborating with a network of Process Engineers for consistency
- Supporting data acquisition for various assessments
