Healthcare Administrator

Remote, Long-Term Contract-- Potential for Conversion at 6 months


As a Healthcare Administrator for Brooksource, you will be assisting a team within the healthcare space to organize and manage the group email account and voicemail box. Your responsibilities will include sorting through email and responding to internal requests, following up on voicemails, managing issues (i.e. checking status of provider claim payment issue) for internal customers and providers. You will be working directly with the group manager to define administrative tasks and carve out responsibilities. A key component of the job will be establishing processes and efficiently managing daily tasks.


The position requires close attention to detail, organization, and motivation. If you enjoy managing an inbox and data cleanliness, this job is for you

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Call center experience or administration background required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple items
  • Competencies in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • No Degree Requirement
