Job Summary:

A professional who assists the QAPI Coordinator with the development and ongoing administration of quality assessments and chart reviews. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement principles and the ability to work collaboratively with staff to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and adhere to established Agency policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the orientation of new staff to the Agency's QAPI program.
  • Participate in studies and research and other administrative functions as assigned.
  • Serve as a role model for all colleagues by setting an example of high standards in dress, conduct, cooperation, and job performance.
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing; or a qualified health care professional.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of health care experience, preferred.
  • Oasis and Coding Certified.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
Working Environment:

Works indoors at home and in the home health office when necessary.
