Uses skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service.Responsibilities:Plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectivesMeet or exceed all sales goals for each product line, while increasing company revenueUses a consultative selling approach to determine needs, wants, and pain points to customize the perfect solution for their needsDevelop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyaltyServes as an expert to customers on all Breezeline's products and services and an educator on what differentiates us from competitorsNavigates through several applications, collects, and keys important customer information, work orders, installation details, processes serviceability checks with accuracy levels that meet expectations and is able to keep customer information confidentialEnhances the customer's experience by maintaining call quality assurance levels that meet department expectationsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
