Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.In this position, you will be a key contributor to the growth and sustained demand for nVent LENTON concrete reinforcement products across the Pacific Northwest. Working closely with the National Sales Director, you'll promote our products to a variety of stakeholders in the concrete construction industry and develop strong sales channels through specification and product demonstration. Support the growth of and create future sustainable demand for nVent LENTON products in WA, OR, ID, AK, ND, and SD. Collaborate with the National Sales Director to maximize sales and drive market expansion of the nVent LENTON product line. Promote nVent LENTON to rebar fabricators, engineers, contractors, end-users, inspectors, and job sites, building brand awareness and drive product specifications. Develop and execute regional sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve or exceed individual sales targets. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle. Use the nVent CRM system daily to manage your sales funnel and track sales progress through to completion. Travel within the assigned region approximately 60% of the time to maintain customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities.You have: Ideally 3+ years of experience in technical sales, construction product sales, or sales business development within the construction or concrete reinforcement industry. Bachelor's Degree required (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering highly preferred). Strong knowledge of concrete construction, rebar fabrication, and related technical applications is highly preferred. Experience working with specifiers, engineers, contractors, and inspectors is a strong advantage. Demonstrated success in managing a multi-state sales territory and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work 100% remotely from a home office and able to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 60%).
