Team core services for clients include:Operational Reviews and StrategyProgram Audit or AnalysisStrategy DevelopmentFinancial Analysis and StrategySupport Services StrategyImplementation SupportOrganizational RedesignClient Projects:Serves as project manager and subject matter expertLeads and participates in complex educational consulting projects for school districts and state education agenciesIdentifies and elicits requirements from key stakeholders in each engagement and develops customized project plansIndependently manages complex projects and tasks, managing project workstreams and creation of client deliverablesManages project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities to team membersReviews and provides expertise on business operations for service and efficiency improvementsLeads discussions with executive-level client leadershipLeads on-site client data collection activitiesConducts research to support client recommendations and performs analysis of quantitative and qualitative dataManages daily project functions and client interactionBusiness Development:Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the education sectorLeads proposal writing teams in developing compelling proposalsContributes to the growth and profitability of the Education Strategies teamTeam Leadership:In collaboration with other senior consultants and the Manager of Education Strategies team, provides oversight of the teams portfolioChampions a positive and supportive team cultureHires, trains, and supervises business analyst and/or consultant staff as neededRequired Skills:Passion for and demonstrated commitment to K-12 public educationExperience in managing education business processesStrong operational thinkerAbility to manage multiple prioritiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsComfortable moving forward in ambiguous situationsStrategic thinker and problem solverAbility to work on a team and autonomouslyCommitment to deliver exceptional client serviceStrong quantitative skills and ability to analyze and interpret dataDemonstrated initiative and the ability to identify new business opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor degree requiredGraduate degree in relevant field preferred10 years relevant work experienceSupervisory Responsibility:Business AnalystConsultantsWorking Conditions:RemoteTravel requiredCompensation:Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $88,300-$130,000.
