Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity's mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.The Sr. Manager, Merchant Engagement is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing business processes, systems, and engagement strategies that advance the goals of The Home Depot's Supplier Analytics Program. This role ensures alignment with the company's overall merchandising strategy, driving measurable improvements in merchant/supplier collaboration, contract renewals, and overall program adoption. Leading the Supplier Analytics Program efforts at the SSC in ATL, The Senior Manager, Merchant Engagement oversees a team that innovates, executes, and continuously optimizes strategies that support Program priorities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute merchant engagement strategies aligned with Supplier Analytics Program goalsInfluence stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and program engagementDrive monetization and renewalsBuild and lead a high-performing teamCompetencies:Drives engagementOrganizational savvyStrategic mindsetPlans and alignsCollaboratesSkills:Expertise in business process design and execution.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and build organizational alignment.Working knowledge of technology project lifecycles and systems that support merchandising.Strong leadership presence, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.Skilled in change management, with proven ability to manage large, cross-functional initiatives.Business acumen with deep understanding of retail, supplier engagement, and merchandising processes.Direct Manager / Direct Reports:This position will have direct reportsThis position reports into the Director, Customer Success at the Askuity division in TorontoTravel Requirements:Limited; occasional travel may be required (
