Join our clients Total Rewards team as a Benefits Manager. You'll support US health, welfare, and retirement programs, working with HR and third-party providers to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Crane's US health, welfare, and retiree medical plans.
  • Oversee vendor management and address day-to-day inquiries.
  • Handle administration of retirement plans (401(k), pensions) including data integrity and funding reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 401(k) testing, 5500 forms).
  • Develop and manage communication materials for benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for plan administration.
  • Manage tuition reimbursement and support HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k), pension, and health/welfare plans and ERISA laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
