Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mr. B's Bistro in New Orleans, LA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, monitoring inventory, and maintaining food safety standards.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fine dining restaurant management is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
