Camping World is now hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to be based in our Lincolnshire, IL Corporate Headquarters. The Inventory Control Coordinator provides support to the Camping World RV Sales dealership network by maintaining inventory databases, reconciling data, and communicating between the dealerships and manufacturers. This position is located in our Lincolnshire office, hybrid schedule 3 days onsite. This is an entry level opening with great growth potential.


What You'll Do:

  • Generate purchase orders and track CW orders in the manufacturers’ systems
  • Work with manufacturers and dealerships to reconcile orders and inventory discrepancies
  • Compile orders received from the dealership
  • Expedite retail sold orders
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Maintain a database of all RV product specifications
  • Field general inventory related questions from dealerships
  • Generate, distribute, and create reports


What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and the ability to learn advanced skills in Power Query/Power Pivot
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details for ensuring process completion and data integrity
  • Multi-tasking abilities for coordinating and documenting a variety of different tasks and processes
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency
  • Strong in an area mathematics related to business, data structures, or logical problem solving
  • Willingness to perform additional inventory-related activities
  • BS in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain Management; or work experience in business data management preferred
  • Previous work history in RV or Auto Industry is a plus
  • Experience with Power Pivot/Power Query, databases, or project management a plus
