Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator. This dual role will involve managing assigned client accounts while also coordinating marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of client-facing experience and marketing expertise, ensuring that our clients' needs are met while effectively driving our marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

- Understand clients’ business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Manage the execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Address and resolve client issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client strategies.


Marketing Coordination:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with clients’ goals and company objectives.

- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.

- Work with Marketing Agency to create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.

- Work with HQ to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in account management and marketing coordination.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Dental experience preferred.
