About Us:
Santa Rosa Post Acute is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire nursing department, ensuring the highest level of resident care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure resident safety and uphold the utmost respect for all residents.
- Coordinate pharmacy services and oversee medication management.
- Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members.

Requirements:
