As a Surgical Technologist I, your responsibilities will include: Preparing and maintaining a sterile field by utilizing aseptic surgical techniques. Assisting with the setup of surgical equipment and materials. Performing various surgical procedures and ensuring a safe and efficient environment. Transporting patients and equipment as needed. Functioning as a second assistant during surgeries, supporting the surgical team. Maintaining specialty carts and ensuring their readiness for surgical procedures. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire. No prior experience is required. Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, lift heavy items, and perform specific physical tasks efficiently. Exciting Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates relocating long distances. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for PM Shifts at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
