Duration: FTE/ Direct Hire
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient integration of systems and applications.
- Provide functional and technical support/orientation for key applications, including Veeva CRM, SalesForce Service Cloud, and Arisglobal's LSMI.
- Monitoring of maintenance and support activities
- Be the primary IT contact for any task executed by external consultants
- Support delivery when needed (L2 / L3 support), solution testing and UAT.
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Functional and technical skills, including knowledge of different Customer Service tools like Veeva CRM and Medcomms, SalesForce Service Cloud, and Arisglobal's LSMI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems effectively and in a timely manner.
- Understanding of communication systems such Automated Call Distribution (ACD), PBX(s), voice endpoints, VoIP architecture and VoIP encryption, Conversational IVR, Callback Assist/Virtual Queue
- Experience or familiarity with the Medical Affairs area in a pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge on Web environments, Chatbots
Technical/ Functional Skills:
- Project Management, CSV, R&D and Medical Devices Knowledge, cross functional leadership, Process management, Operations Management and Execution Project Management, Veeva CRM and Medcomms, SalesForce Service Cloud, and Arisglobal's LSMI.
Generic Managerial Skills:
- Familiarity with Computer System Validation (GxP) processes and regulations.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong cross functional leadership, Process management, Operations Management and Execution Project Management.
