Role Description


This is a full-time (or part time, if desired) on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at TimeStamps Support Services in the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa Area. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and implementing behavior management strategies on a day-to-day basis. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and training to a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on an ongoing basis
  • Complete clinical and administrative evaluations for RBT(s) and provide immediate in person feedback based on the results of the evaluation
  • Willingness to provide outside support as needed to the RBT which may include one on one in person meetings, communication via phone calls and communication via email
  • Conduct Caregiver Coaching on an ongoing basis
  • Complete initial assessments and design individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct ongoing data reviews, program modifications, and re-assessments for learners
  • Attend trainings and/or meetings, as required
  • Conduct services in the home, school, or community settings
  • Collaborate with other service providers through coordination of care
  • Maintain an active BCBA certification
  • Maintain an active CPR certification
  • Maintain a reliable and consistent schedule
  • Timely completion and upkeep of proper documentation for clinical services
  • Adherence to BACB Ethics Code



Qualifications


  • Experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • BCBA certification is required (at least 1 year of certification as a BCBA)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Availability for a schedule that consists of some after-school/evening hours
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community environments
  • Excellent collaboration skills to connect with our families and staff members
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • At least 1 year experience in management of staff members including delivering feedback and conducting evaluations
  • Work authorization (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Required OR must obtain within 30 days)
