Position Title: Solution Support Engineer Job Location: Milpitas, CA Remote/Onsite: Onsite Benefits: Medical,Dental,Vision, 4O1Kplan, PTO Job Type:Full Time/Contract Duration: Long term Project No. of positions: 01 Hiring Timeline: 2,3 weeks Job Description: MUST HAVE: C programming JTAG debugging experience Wired and wireless communication protocol knowledge 70% SW and 30% HW debugging expected Firmware knowledge with drivers and bring up experience. Essential Responsibilities • Provide technical support for embedded solutions to customers and internal teams. • Assist field engineers and sales teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical queries. • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Power, Connectivity, and Microcontrollers based solutions. • Conduct on-site visits for support requests and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. • Document solutions and share best practices for recurring technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Power systems (power management, power supply design) • Connectivity protocols (wired and wireless communication standards) • Microcontrollers (architecture, programming, debugging) • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems quickly. • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction. • Passion for problem-solving and supporting technical teams. • Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
