A well-established Medical Practice seeks an experienced Worker’s Compensation Specialist to join their growing team. This assignment is temporary, spanning 8 weeks initially, with the possibility of extension.


In this role, you won't just manage worker’s compensation claims; you'll be the linchpin ensuring adherence to all pertinent laws and regulations. Your duties will involve collaborating closely with employees, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to streamline the claims process. Additionally, you'll spearhead the development and execution of innovative workplace safety programs aimed at preventing injuries and slashing claims.


Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Solid background of 2-3 years in worker’s compensation claims management, ideally within the healthcare sphere.

• Profound understanding of worker’s compensation laws and regulations.

• Hands-on experience with crafting and implementing workplace safety programs.

• Superb organizational prowess and time management finesse.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A knack for handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
