Location: Pflugerville, TX

Reports To: Supervisor, In-House Machines and Refurbs

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for a qualified person to provide support and service on EOS Additive Manufacturing machines in Pflugerville, Texas and Novi, Michigan. Your Mission/Job Functions

•Detail orientated person for refurbishment of industrial additive manufacturing equipment. This position will involve electrical wiring and electromechanical assembly. The ability to read and understand schematics is a must. A high-level understanding of computers is desired.

•Inspection, disassembly and cleaning of used equipment; repair and retrofitting of upgrades to used equipment. Adherence to documentation and safety protocols is a must.

•Safely operate all production equipment using all applicable company policies and procedures.

•Perform scheduled maintenance and general clean-up of all factory equipment and production areas.

Your Talents/Qualifications

•Communicate daily with team members and management to ensure that daily tasks and product ship dates are being fulfilled.

•Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure that all materials are properly handled, stored, and disposed of to reduce spills and product waste.

•Assist with maintaining an adequate inventory of production materials and consumables.

•Observe all company safety and quality procedures.

•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

•Someone with a team first mindset.

•An energetic self-starter with the drive to get tasks done accurately and efficiently

•Effective verbal communication skills are a must.

•Must have reliable transportation to and from the factory.

•Must be able to follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints.

•Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new techniques.

•Must have at least a high school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience is a plus

•Must be able to follow instructions required to operate production equipment.

•Must be willing and able to maintain a clean and safe work area.

•Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand continuously for 6-8 hours per day.

•Wear all required PPE (gloves, lab coats, etc.).
