Accounts payable specialist

Randstad has an immediate need for an onsite Accounts Payable Specialist to support a 3-4 month project in Miramar, FL. The role involves processing high-volume trade, freight, and customs invoices using SAP and 3-way match, ensuring accurate G/L coding, cost allocations, and compliance. Must have experience in a full-cycle AP environment supporting inventory and accounting operations. For immediate consideration, please email an updated resume to lisa.norman@randstadusa.com URGENT NEED - INTERVIEW, OFFER, AND START NEXT WEEK salary: $23 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process high-volume trade, supplier, freight, and customs invoices using the 3-way match process (PO, goods receipt, invoice). Enter, review, and validate invoice data in SAP / ERP ensuring accurate cost allocations and GL coding. Verify all invoice cost elements align with purchase orders and receipts; resolve pricing, freight, and quantity discrepancies. Perform invoice coding to proper G/L accounts and cost centers; research and correct any exceptions. Reconcile invoice batches and support month-end close for Accounts Payable and Inventory Accounting. Communicate with Accounting, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to resolve invoice or payment issues. Maintain organized documentation and ensure all records meet audit and compliance standards. Monitor workflow queues to prioritize invoices approaching payment deadlines. Support vendor inquiries and provide updates on payment or processing status. Assist with process improvements and AP reporting as needed.
