Media Admin/Traffic Coordinator


Part time position available in North Dallas/Plano area – Hybrid Work Environment.

We are looking for a Media Admin and Traffic Coordinator who will assist the media department with the implementation of client media placements and coordination/distribution of client creative. This is an entry level position for a recent college graduate or an experienced person looking for part-time work, with potential for full-time employment.


Assistant Planning & Buying Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Market and Media Vendor research
  • Flowchart updates
  • Issue traffic instructions and send creative assets to media vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain records, digital reports and analytics, and other periodic reports as required.
  • Assist entering data in our buying software and confirming buys.


Qualifications

  • A degree is preferred but not required. Experience in Strata, Freewheel or other media buying software a plus.
  • Non-negotiables – detail oriented, organized, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, problem-solve.
  • Have a high proficiency with math, numbers, and Excel.
  • Responsible for timely completion of all assignments.
  • Treat vendors with respect and represent Agency in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, managing work on multiple accounts.
  • Be familiar with basic media terms, research tools and concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initial in office training will be required
  • You must reside in the DFW Area
