Mavenir is looking for a Associate Director of Testing in Manufacturing to oversee and manage our testing procedures within the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of testing protocols while leading a team to meet production goals.


Roles and Responsibilities


• Develop and implement testing strategies and protocols for manufacturing processes EMS.

• Oversee the design and execution of testing procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the manufacturing workflow.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testing professionals to ensure optimal performance.

• Evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Analyze testing data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement new testing technologies or methods.


Job Requirements:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or business

• A minimum of 15+ years of leadership experience in managing people resources. Leadership experience in managing people across multiple countries is an added advantage.

• Experience as a Director in manufacturing EMS and Mechanical testing will be preferred

• Proven sourcing and supplier base management track record from complex HW development projects

• Experience in materials management to successfully execute R&D proto builds as per the plan.

• Deep knowledge of mechanical and electronic component supplier base for radio infrastructure products in mobile networks

• In-depth knowledge of design to cost.

• Expert in component price negotiations

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

• Curious-minded person striving for continuous learning and innovation.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners, and customers.

• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
