Job Title: Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals for our customers' products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
  • Develop application software and tooling for complex machines and mechanical process steps within a manufacturing sector.
  • Implement plans and lead assessments of machine and process application capabilities using Design of Experiments and statistical methods.
  • Lead disciplined processes for solving complex product, process, component, and related problems affecting efficient operation and/or manufacture of products.
  • Initiate and lead assessments and provide feedback to product designers on suitability of designs for manufacturability.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in similar job roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
