Day to Day: A large water solutions manufacturing and engineering client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator. This individual will help the project managers with vendor management, and project tracking/progression. This individual will coordinate with vendors through the RFP process, vendor selection, and through the project. There are 40 total projects, however each vendor has about 10 projects, so really just coordinating with 4 vendors. The candidate will work with the design team who designs all of the molds and distribute their drawings to the appropriate parties, they will walk the vendors through the RFP process, go through quotes of Vendors, and once the vendor has been selected- they will do weekly check ins with them to ensure the project is moving along.
