Key Areas of Responsibility:

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Service and Repair Supervisor for their medical device manufacturing facility. This person will oversee a team's daily operations and processes to ensure products are repaired and resent to customers in a timely manner. The Service and Repair Supervisor will report onsite 5 days per week in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities for this role may include:

-Provide technical support to customers and ensure all maintenance/repair requests are taken care of

-Coach team to create a positive work environment

-Handle preventative maintenance and repairs on medical devices

-Update customers on their return process, quote the costs for maintenance, process purchase orders

-Collaborate with other departments to prioritize customer experience

-Manage warehouse inventory
