Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or other supervisors.
Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising a team and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
