  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, provides prioritization, and guide remediation efforts
  • Support us in identifying risks and potential controls for mitigating those risks
  • Develop and implement IT procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL tools and methodologies
  • Ensure information systems maintain an acceptable risk level in accordance with industry standards
  • Identify issues, obstacles, and options that may be required to ensure successful implementation of the project
  • Work with team members, vendors, staff and management to mitigate project risk






Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide information security team members and IT operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and manage escalations
