About us:
Michelle Farmer's collection of ready to wear ,evening and bespoke designs are lovingly made in the USA in our beautiful Atelier located in Palm Beach Fl. We currently have stores located in Southampton NY, Palm Beach Fl, Boca Raton Fl and in Phoenix AZ with plans for growth. We are seeking amazing professionals to grow with our brand and help take us to the next stage of our expansion We would love to speak with you about becoming an important part of wonderful team.
Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming warm, fun environment in our boutiques.Provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to customers through product knowledge and educated styling advice.Utilize your excellent communication skills to establish strong customer relationships.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards.Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and in store designers to enhance your product knowledge and effectively convey information to customers.Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales service.Contribute to the overall success of the boutique, actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.Passion for fashion and luxury with a keen eye for design and detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.Exceptional customer service skills, providing a personalized shopping experience to each customer.Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and image.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.Knowledge of Shopify and basic computer skills.Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
