You Are:
You are a customer-centric and business-savvy Program Manager with a strategic mind-set and a passion for transformation. You possess a strong background and proven track record in driving initiatives and results by effectively managing resources and complex programs. You have experience managing external customers and a sound technical understanding of SOC design flows/methodologies, IC manufacturing processes, and process technologies. You are an agile learner, able to establish and view things from a global perspective to effectively drive results. You excel in leadership roles and are capable of embodying a collaborative, supportive, and inspirational leadership style to deliver results that exceed expectations.
What You‘ll Be Doing:
- Own responsibility and team accountability for one or more Design Services or Consulting engagements and set the strategic direction of customer experience aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
- Manage schedule to committed milestones, identify risks and change requests, and create methods to address them.
- Serve as a Customer Success Manager, designing and driving end-to-end customer experience from execution start through silicon success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction in program management and support throughout the customer journey.
- Proactively prevent and manage customer escalations for the region.
- Embody a collaborative, supportive, and inspirational leadership style to deliver results that exceed expectations.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Ensure the successful execution of key programs against established commitments.
- Act as the focal point of contact and manage all external and internal communications to cross-functional teams spanning geographical and organizational boundaries.
- Plan and direct schedules, identify and escalate issues, and drive problems to resolution.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to include our IPs and EDA solutions in customers‘ future roadmaps/SoCs.
What You‘ll Need:
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- Possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience organizing and communicating information, representing work to senior leadership, and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems, and large-scale systems.
- Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, face-to-face, and team partnership work skills are required to succeed in this role.

The Team You‘ll Be A Part Of:
The Systems Solutions Group (SSG) at Synopsys acts as the interface between customers, Synopsys Product Groups, and SSG experts towards creating unified solutions that address the growing needs of our customers. We work cross-functionally with internal development teams (Technical Pre Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D) and have exposure and visibility on a global scale throughout the organization. In this role, you will work within our internal development teams to ensure we deliver to our customers‘ and partner‘s requirements, meet their roadmap/SoC goals, and identify opportunities to include our IPs and EDA solutions in their future roadmaps/SoCs.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
