Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Case Manager at Community Resource Consultants, Inc. The Case Manager will be responsible for leading clients in their care, recovery, and rehabilitation journey on a day-to-day basis. This role will be located in St Clair Shores, MI, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Case management, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
  • Knowledge of medical services and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with survivors and their families
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (LMSW) or RN required
