Sr. Sales Enablement ManagerVimeo is looking for a dynamic and driven Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing Enterprise organization. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Sales Enablement to develop enablement programs supporting sales, customer success, product marketing, operations and other cross functional teams to drive measurable and repeatable results. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications.This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and will be responsible for executing on the strategy including training, programs, processes, practices and tools to enable our global customer facing teams to effectively sell Vimeo's suite of Enterprise offerings.What You'll Do:Lead development and execution of skills training for Global Sales Organization, including curriculum design, playbook development, certification creation, execution, and evaluationEvolve our new onboarding program for new hires in the revenue organization to decrease ramp time and increase new hire productivityAssist in planning and execution of annual Global Sales Kickoff, including logistics, program, and speaker developmentIn collaboration with the Director, act as the NAMER and LATAM regions enablement expert.Apply project management skills across all aspects of incentive programs including alignment with business objectives, communications, planning and execution, and measurementFacilitate regular feedback loops to ensure alignment with key stakeholders on program offerings, objectives and complianceDevelop and maintain a strong level of proficiency for Vimeo Products and Enterprise solutions, leveraging these in training developmentStay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to enhance program contentMaintain strong communication and collaboration with Revenue Leaders to identify program needs and development opportunitiesEstablish robust relationships with cross-functional partners to continually understand business needs and provide training & operational solutionsLeverage Seismic to rollout all enablement initiatives.Skills and Knowledge You Possess:5-7 years of sales, sales training and enablement experience Senior IC in Enterprise Saas organizations, working in a fast paced environment with multiple prioritiesAbility to work with sales leadership at all levelsStrong instructional design skills and understanding of adult learning principlesExcellent facilitation, presentation and communication skillsKnowledge of MEDDPICC training and reinforcementKnowledge of various sales methodologies (Challenger, Value Selling, Command of the Message, etc.)Data driven approach to enablementHighly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficientlyAn aptitude for proactive problem-solving and working cross-functionally with othersAble to accomplish specific tasks while seeing the bigger pictureExperience with Enterprise Sales Saas tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Seismic, Highspot, Clari, GongPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a quota carrying or GTM roleEvent planning experience a plusExperience with Articulate 360, Lessonly, Docebo and/or other LMS toolsBase Salary Range:NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $112,000 - $154,750All other US cities outside above metro areas: $100,800 - $139,275Base salary is just one component of Vimeo's total rewards philosophy.
